Meet the team

Clare graduated from university of Cardiff in 200 and went on to complete her vocational Training in Llanelli. She continued her career in Newport before coming to Nelson in 2005 and becoming the Principal in 2012. In 2015 Clare completed a course in Advanced Aesthetic Dentistry at the prestigious Advanced Dental Seminars site in London and has done IAS training for Inman Aligner and Clear Smile Brace orthodontics.

James qualified from Cardiff in 200 and following 2 enjoyable years working in North Cornwall,became an associate in Ystrad Mynach. Since becoming the Principal in 2012 he has lead the expansion and modernisation of the Practice. He predominant works at the Ystrad site where he provides cosmetic treatment and short term orthodontics using 6 Month Smiles and Quick Straight Teeth systems. In 2015 he completed the year long ADS course Advanced Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry. Away from dentistry, James is a keen distance runner and enjoys exploring the Welsh coastal path ( especially if there is surf).
